Terms of service

1. Businesses only

Terra Prospector is offered to businesses and organizations for their professional activity, not to consumers. Whoever signs up confirms that they may bind the business they register.

2. The service

Terra Prospector brings open satellite spectra, terrain, geophysics, geochemistry and exploration records for an area into one workbench, processes them reproducibly and produces maps, target ledgers and reports. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing.

A pilot is set up by us for an agreed area and period. Enterprise deployments follow the separate agreement.

3. Results are screening evidence

Results are screening evidence with a stated evidence level. They do not establish a discovery, a mineral resource or reserve, economic mineralisation or the identity of a mineral, and they are not a public report under JORC, NI 43-101 or any similar code. They are not investment advice.

Decisions on ground, drilling or investment remain yours and should be taken with a Qualified or Competent Person. Satellite data has limits such as cover, vegetation, resolution and processing artefacts; each result states the limits that apply.

4. Public data and its licences

Terra reads data published by space agencies, geological surveys and researchers. Each source keeps its own licence, listed on the data sources page. Some sources may be used only within the workbench and not redistributed; you agree to respect these terms when you export or share results.

5. Your data

Surveys, assays, reports and notes you upload remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you and never share them with other customers. You confirm you are entitled to upload them.

6. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for the people you give access. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or third parties at risk.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and net; VAT is added where it applies. Paid plans are billed by invoice in advance, monthly or as agreed. Invoices are due within 14 days. We may suspend access if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder.

8. Term and cancellation

A monthly plan renews each month unless you cancel by email to hello@terraprospector.com before the month ends. After cancellation the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded. Annual agreements end as stated in them.

9. Price changes

We announce price changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. They apply from your next renewal; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, outages of public data archives and events beyond our control can interrupt the service or delay processing.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred, and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or decisions on ground, drilling or investment taken on the basis of results.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for good reason, for example new features or changes in the law. We announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object within that time, the changed terms apply; if you object, either side may end the contract when the change takes effect.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction.
